With degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, he combines market intelligence, strategic negotiation, and corporate expansion expertise to drive successful deals and high-value investments.


Beyond investment advisory, Ussama has extensive experience in launching, managing, and scaling businesses, navigating market complexities, regulatory frameworks, and high-level negotiations. His deep industry knowledge and established relationships with key stakeholders allow him to streamline deal

execution, reduce market entry barriers, and accelerate business growth across diverse sectors.


With a strong understanding of government, real estate, corporate, and commercial sectors, Ussama specializes in securing institutional funding, forging strategic partnerships, and connecting investors with high-potential opportunities in Qatar and beyond.

Ricardo Pellerano

Advisor with over a decade of experience spanning law, banking, and business advisory. He has advised on over $25 billion in financing transactions and $3 billion in M&A deals across Latin America. His expertise includes corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, and business development, working with clients on strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and institutional funding.


Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Laws from PUCMM and an LL.M. from Georgetown University, with additional certifications from Harvard Business School, LSE, and IESA Panamá. He has worked at top law firms in Washington, D.C., and the Dominican Republic, advised companies on cross-border expansion, and played a key role in institutional funding at a leading Central American bank.


Beyond his legal and banking background, Ricardo has co-founded various ventures and has extensive experience in business development, helping companies secure partners, clients, and government relationships. His combined expertise in legal,
